Integration: Paperback Proof

Just a brief update on where things stand with Integration.

I've sent out my submission to a few agents to see if I can get anyone interested. It's always a nerve-wracking moment when your baby gets sent out into the world to be judged by other's eyes. But, nothing ventured, as they say.

I'm pretty proud of Integration, and I hope it can get a wider audience than I'd be able to achieve through self-publishing. I'll give it a couple of months to see if I get any interest. If I get a request to read the full manuscript during that time but don't manage to secure an agent, I may try a second batch of submissions if it's sounding positive enough.

We'll see. However, as part of my general philosophy in life, and in my former career as a development manager, I'll hope for the best case but plan for the worse. Assuming I get no interest, I'm planning on self-publishing Integration around the end of August 2019.

I think it's just about ready to go - it's all uploaded and ready to publish on Amazon, as is the second edition of Long Division.

I've just received the proof copy of the paperback version of Integration–see picture–which is looking good on the whole, just one minor layout issue to fix as far as I can see so far. I'll do that next, so everything's ready for when I press the button to self-publish.

Fingers crossed I never have to do it though!

Right...I'd better get back to writing Transformation. I've submitted the first words to the page yesterday, the opening of the first interlude between parts one and two. Only four hundred words in...so don't hold your breath.
